Let's help you understand that, every course/skill we offer is one that can be done from the comfort of your room or home.
You really do not need such BIG space at the beginning!

For the Beaded Jewelry Crafting Course- which includes bead stringing, weaving, wire works and knitting, once your have your tools and materials, all you need to work is just a table and a comfortable chair and Lamp at a corner in your room.

For Makeup and Gele Artistry -which includes- everyday makeup, bridal makeup, eye lash fixing, types of Gele; once you have your makeup box which can be kept in your cupboard, you just need to build your contacts so you can start getting jobs!

For Cakes, Small Chops - which includes different types of cake baking, icing and cake decoration, and different types of smallchops, you need a Oven and your other tools which also wouldn't consume so much space.

For cocktail- which also includes different types of drinks, your major tools are your lovely glass cups and jars which can be purchased gradually.

Ankara Craft also needs just a table at a corner, once you have your materials and tools set These are skills you can start with as little space and gradually expand as your clientele expands.
Event Decoration is also a business you start up gradually and in no time you can have a store filled with valuable decoration items and can also rent others.

Though we are located at 11 Emmanuel high street, ogudu-ojota Lagos, we have had students come all the way from - Warri, Calabar, Akure, Ogun, Lekki, Ajah, badagry, Sango, Ikotun, ipaja, okota, festac and closer locations to the school address, these has been so because we always give value for every fee paid and make your 2weeks a worth while experience.

We have trained the Un-schooled, the school cert holders, graduates, Masters and even PHD holders, this goes to show that the days when skills acquisition was associated with illiterates is over! As everyone needs a skill to fall back on, especially in our present economic state.

At BYOB skills centre, We give so much in two weeks, that you would rarely get else where at such subsidised fee.

we don't just send forth our graduates, we monitor them, inspire them further and give them jobs to handle as often as available.

We as well invite them as pep talk guests to share their success stories with new intake!
We do not teach designs, we impact techniques, as with these many creative designs can be birthed.

CALLS,MAILS and BUSINESS go TOGETHER!

Are you a business guy or Lady? Man or woman? How much do you value your calls or mails?
It has become imperative we discuss this issue as time and time again, I see business people make this mistake!
It is believed that everyone in business is there to make money, everyone in business needs client patronage hence these clients must be able to get across to us; and most times they do so by putting a call through.

Hence, Madam business and oga businessman, the number you have on your call card, flyer, banner, facebook page, profile, adverts, website etc if I call it now! Would it go through? Or would a voice holla back at me saying "switched off" or "this line doesn't have the facility to receive calls"? Or better still; keep ringing till eternity?
My advise-> if you are serious about that business, please make it a point of duty to always update a change in your number(s) should it occur.
Leaving a stolen, un- retrieved  number  on your publicity item can cost you a number of clients.
Also, I do not joke with missed calls when they happen to appear on my phone! I make it a point of duty to call back, and I recommend you do the same, especially if that line is your dedicated business line; do not take any calls for granted as you never know what window of opportunity it would open up.
What about your mails? Mailing is becoming very popular again with the advent of smart phones, but how quick do you read and respond to your mails? How quick do you feedback?
For you to put an email address on your publicity item, I believe its because you have a smart phone which would immediately notify you once a mail drops!
Why then do you delay in response?
In addition, I think a business person in this age and time without a smart phone hasn't started business yet as loads and loads of businesses are now transacted via smart phones -> BBM, WhatsApp etc
I can count the number of clients I have met physically; a thousand and one of my clients are people I have never met but met via bbm, whatsapp, facebook, twitter and kicked off and completed business transactions on these platforms. We thank God for E-banking as well!
Technology has sure made the world smaller! Please make the best of these things and you can be sure your business would boom!

And before I wrap this up, I must add that I put calls through to three business people before I posted this blog and the three people's phones rang without being picked. Two out of the three called me back. But wait ooo, this phone is a mobile phone ooo, so please lets treat it a such. Except you are my mum whose phones sometimes become land lines, but then she still makes it a duty to return every missed calls.
Please treat your phone(s) as the business tool that it is.
Stay glued has more tips come your way in the coming days.
